Kim Champion, Ph.D.
Dr. Champion provides individual and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults in our Newark office where she has practiced since 1995.
She uses cognitive and emotion-focused therapy to treat a variety of issues, including anxiety and depression. She also participates in researching and developing community-based programs in a non-profit setting.
Dr. Champion is a licensed psychologist. She earned her B.A. in psychology at the University of Detroit in 1990. Dr. Champion earned her M.A. in 1995 and her Ph.D. in 1998 from the University of Delaware. She served her internship at Devereux working with emotionally and behaviorally disordered adolescents and their families.
