Dermot Curtin, PsyD
Psychological Assistant
Dr. Curtin employs psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy to address a variety of behavioral health issues, providing care to teenagers, adults, and older adults. He also works with psychological assessments for helping to clarify presenting diagnoses. Recently, Dr. Curtin has worked in research and development through Jefferson Einstein Medical Center.
He earned his B.A. from Villanova University in 2007, and his Masters of Science (MS) degree from Chestnut Hill College in 2014. In 2023 Dr. Curtin obtained his Doctorate in Psychology from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA. He also had graduate coursework through Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis. Dr. Curtin was a Fellow with the Jewish Healthcare Foundation in 2018 and 2021, and was an HRSA-WELL Fellow through the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. His pre-doctoral internship was at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, PA.
Dr. Curtin is currently under the supervision of Licensed Psychologist Dr. Judi Willetts.
