As an Office Admin, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient functioning of our practice, supporting both the administrative and client service aspects.

**Responsibilities:**
– Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
– Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records
– Coordinate with insurance providers and assist with billing and invoicing
– Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as an office admin, office assistant, or relevant role is preferred
– Familiarity with medical or mental health office procedures and terminology is a plus
– Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling systems, electronic medical records)
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
– A compassionate and empathetic approach to client interaction
– High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
